Job summary

Orange County Rescue Mission is seeking a Mid-Level Donor Officer to manage a caseload of 400–600 donors, cultivate relationships, and expand mid-level giving to major gifts, aligning with the mission and values.

This full-time role from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday involves updating the CRM, coordinating with the Director of Development and Chief Development Officer, and ensuring data hygiene while advancing donor engagement and financial partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) required.
• 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Strong communication and donor relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 400–600 donors and cultivate relationships.
• Update CRM with donor interactions to maintain data hygiene.
• Identify and promote hand-off of high-capacity donors to Major Gift Officer.
• Meet with the Director of Development bi-weekly and the Chief Development Officer quarterly to discuss strategy.
