Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in customer service.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and computer skills.
• Written communications skills with ability to compose routine correspondence with minimal direction.
• Accurate proofreading of correspondence to identify errors.
• Excellent telephone etiquette with clear, tactful communication.
• Good time management and self-motivation.
• Ability to comprehend and utilize various software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, letter, and text to donors and supporters.
• Build a positive rapport with donors and track daily interactions.
• Work closely with Donor Relations team and other departments to meet goals and objectives.
• Consistently train backup personnel and temporary employees as needed.
• Conduct daily data entry, problem solve, and report progress/data.
• Organize and facilitate processing of donor correspondence (direct mail, email, and phone calls).
• Maintain assigned projects and meet projected deadlines.
• Assist department as workload dictates and take on other responsibilities as assigned by management.
