Qualifications

• Two to five years of donor services or CRM experience.
• Advanced knowledge of database structure and theory.
• Experience with reporting tools and CRM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor services operations and records.
• Prepare regular donor stewardship and fundraising reports.
• Ensure donor database integrity and accuracy.
• Oversee monthly sustainer program and donor communications.
