Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center Foundation seeks a Philanthropy Coordinator to support a fast-paced team of 6–8 gift officers. You will handle administrative tasks, data entry, event support and donor communications to sustain the fundraising cycle.

Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer and Director of Major Gifts, you will maintain donor records in Raiser's Edge, prepare meeting materials and help cultivate, solicit and steward gifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years work experience in a non-profit fundraising setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Raiser's Edge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of current and prospective donors.
• Provide administrative support to the philanthropy team and maintain records.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events and donor communications.
• Prepare materials for portfolio review meetings and ensure accurate data entry.
