Job summary

Cleveland Clinic West Palm Beach is seeking a Donor Liaison to coordinate all aspects of healthcare visits for designated patients and their families across the Cleveland Clinic Health System, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience.

You will serve as the primary contact and liaison among patients, families, and hospital leadership, requiring clear, compassionate communication and exemplary interpersonal skills to foster trust and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in development or patient relations.
• Seven years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with PC-based software, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to navigate complex situations and elevate issues when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of healthcare visits for designated patients and families.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients and staff and advocate for patients.
• Serve as liaison with professional staff, Ombudsman, Chairs, CEO and COO.
• Facilitate communication and expedite release of medical records as needed.
• Provide 24-hour on-call support for specialty program members and support process improvement.
