Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of donor relations, patient services, or related experience.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide concierge-level navigation and coordination for outpatient and inpatient visits.
  • Collaborate with department leads to ensure seamless scheduling and service delivery.
  • Support families with complex needs, including travel logistics and interhospital communications.
  • Communicate effectively with hospital leadership, senior staff, community leaders, and patient families.
  • Deliver an exceptional patient and family experience by coordinating registration, financial clearance, and scheduling.
  • Support the Champions Program by connecting Grateful Families to the Development Team.
  • Manage cross-functional projects involving donor engagement and data reporting.
