Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach invites applications for a Specialty Services Coordinator - Donor Relations Concierge. The role delivers a high-touch, concierge patient experience and partners with senior leadership to coordinate personalized services across inpatient, emergency, and outpatient settings.

The position joins a team focused on donor engagement, grievance resolution, and expedites services through collaboration with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Two years experience in patient/healthcare relations or human services.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Experience providing 5-star hotel concierge service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain relationships with donors and prospects, scheduling appointments and addressing requests.
• Participate in rounds with Senior VP on donors, VIPs, and prospects in inpatient and select outpatient areas.
• Manage the Careline intake calls and log donor interactions (Salesforce).
• Coordinate donor relations activities, schedule, and expedite services with clinical teams.
• Prepare reports and analytics to support donor relations and patient experience improvements.
