Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in South Florida seeks a Specialty Services Coordinator - Donor Relations Concierge to serve as a key liaison for donor, VIP, and prospect relations, delivering a high-touch patient experience across inpatient, ER, and outpatient settings.

You will partner with senior leadership, manage Careline communications, donor engagement, and grievances, and coordinate personalized services and education programs to enhance donor and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience: Two years experience in patient/healthcare relations or human services field.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Experience providing 5 star hotel concierge service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains relationships with donors and prospects by scheduling appointments and meeting them in person when necessary.
• Participates in rounds with SVP on patients who are Donors, VIPs and Prospects in inpatient, Emergency and select outpatient departments.
• Manages the intake Donor/Founders calls as needed.
• Monitors and inputs donor calls in the Careline Call Log (e.g., Salesforce).
• Participates with Donor Relations to cover the 24 hour Careline on call service including scheduling and escorting.
