Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. seeks a Specialty Services Coordinator - Donor Relations Concierge to deliver a high-touch, concierge-level patient experience for donors, VIPs and prospects.

The role partners with senior leadership to coordinate programs, rounds, and personalized services across inpatient, emergency and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include managing Careline communications, donor engagement, grievance resolution, and education of staff on donor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Two years experience in patient/healthcare relations or human services field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience providing 5 star hotel concierge service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains relationships with donors and prospects by scheduling appointments and addressing requests.
• Participates in rounds with senior leaders to review donor experiences.
• Manages Careline communications and donor program education.
• Coordinates clinical and non-clinical services to expedite donor experiences.
