Job summary

Seattle Out & Proud Foundation is seeking a Development Coordinator to support cultivation and stewardship of our donor base, coordinate fundraising events and campaigns, and maintain donor database systems. This hybrid, half-time role (~20 hours per week) offers opportunities for growth over time.

The position focuses on individual giving, annual fund activities, and supporting development operations, with potential expansion as the organization grows.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the annual fund strategy, targeting individual donors.
• Maintain and update Seattle Out & Proud Foundation's donor database (Bloomerang), ensuring accurate data entry and coding.
• Execute direct mail, email, and online giving campaigns; track performance and provide reporting.
• Prepare donor acknowledgment materials and stewardship communications; ensure timely thank-you letters and recognition.
• Coordinate donor cultivation activities: meetings, follow-up communications, and cultivation calendars.
• Plan, coordinate and execute in-person fundraising events and campaigns; manage invitations and event logistics.
• Track event revenue, attendance, and donor engagement; provide reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate on seasonal and special fundraising initiatives and giveback campaigns.
• Maintain detailed records of fundraising activity and donor interactions; generate reports for leadership and committees.
