Job summary

South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity in Olympia, WA is seeking a Development Coordinator to manage annual fund activities, donor stewardship, and event logistics to support fundraising and community engagement.

You will maintain the donor CRM, coordinate timelines, assist with reports, and help plan signature events like Women Build and Habitat Gala. The role blends data management with relationship-building in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience using donor databases or CRM systems for recordkeeping, reporting, and fundraising support
• Minimum of three years of fundraising, sales, or administrative management experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual fund activities, including mailings, events, donor lists, and other requests for support.
• Build relationships with donors and cultivate support through timely acknowledgements, stewardship activities, and prospect research.
• Provide project and timeline management for assigned fundraising, stewardship, and community events.
• Coordinate event logistics, agendas, attendance tracking, vendors, materials, hospitality, supplies, and other operational needs.
• Support the planning and execution of key events, including Women Build, Habitat Gala, Pride Build, Veterans Build, and other events.
• Coordinate logistics for outreach efforts, external meetings, and presentations.
• Manage in-kind donation inquiries and related gift coordination.
