Seattle Pride, also known as Seattle Out & Proud Foundation, is seeking a part-time Development Coordinator to support individual giving, donor stewardship, and fundraising events.

The role blends strategy with hands-on execution, half-time (~20 hours/week), and a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will help grow Seattle Pride's donor base and raise funds for LGBTQIA2S+ community programs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting donor cultivation and annual fund strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for donor stewardship.
• Ability to plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
• Proficiency with donor databases and reporting.
• Attention to detail in data entry and fundraising metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support annual fund strategy and donor cultivation efforts.
• Maintain and update donor database (Bloomerang) and ensure data quality.
• Execute direct mail, email, and online giving campaigns; report results.
• Prepare donor acknowledgments and stewardship communications.
• Coordinate event logistics and post-event follow-up and reporting.
• Collaborate on seasonal fundraising initiatives and campaigns.
• Contribute to development operations and process improvements.
