Job summary

Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens seeks a Development Coordinator to manage donor data, execute the donor stewardship plan, and provide administrative support to the Development department. Strong organizational and written skills are essential, with a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Tessitura CRM and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Database support: process gifts, code details, balance batches, and run reports.
• Administrative coordination: schedule meetings, manage budgets, and maintain materials.
• Stewardship execution: prepare acknowledgements, coordinate donor communications, and support events.
