The American Red Cross is seeking a dedicated professional to support blood drive programs, assist account managers, and help sponsor organizations reach their drive goals through on-site recruitment, presentations, online scheduling, and data entry. You will provide oversight and record keeping in Hemasphere and OLS, support blood drive coordinators to meet annual collection targets, and help schedule education programs for sponsor groups, volunteers, and recruiters.

Travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist account managers in ensuring blood drives achieve goal through drive management activities such as on-site recruitment, presenting to sponsoring organizations, scheduling and data entry.
• Provide oversight and record keeping in Hemasphere and OLS for proper drive management and performance tracking.
• Provide organizational and operational support to blood drive coordinators to meet collection goals.
• Schedule and implement education programs for Sponsor contacts and volunteers to meet objectives and comply with regulations.
• Utilize tools and strategies provided to enhance customer service, efficiency and productivity.
