Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for the district.
• Assist management with budget planning and monitoring.
• Ensure recruitment plans meet regional goals and directives.
• Monitor donor scheduling and customer service in collections operations.
• Supervise staff, evaluate performance, and handle personnel actions.
