Responsibilities

• Assist account managers to ensure blood drives meet goals via on-site recruitment and presentations.
• Maintain records in Hemasphere and OLS; provide tracking data on sponsor group performance.
• Provide support to blood drive coordinators to achieve collection goals.
• Schedule and implement education programs for sponsor groups to meet objectives and comply with directives.
• Use tools and strategies provided to improve customer service and productivity.
