Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a staff member to support donor pheresis procedures at our center in a role focused on safety and donor care. You will prepare the donor, area, and equipment, operate the pheresis machine, monitor the process, and respond to alarms while ensuring donor well-being and data accuracy.

The position emphasizes readiness, documentation, and adherence to SOPs, HSE, and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months' work experience in a medical/health provider environment or equivalent.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process.
• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and pheresis process and respond to alarms or signals.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Maintain awareness of donor reactions and notify appropriate staff.

Education
