Job summary

Opera Theatre of Saint Louis is seeking a Manager of Development Operations to strengthen donor services, data cleanliness, and reporting. You will lead development operations, ensure timely gift entry and acknowledgments, and drive workflow improvements across the department.

The role partners with Finance and other teams to reconcile contributed revenue, manage tax statements, and maintain SOPs. A strong nonprofit finance background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong database management skills and data integrity.
• Nonprofit finance knowledge helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to adapt to AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate gift entry and acknowledgments.
• Manage donor matching gifts workflow and reporting.
• Generate donor tax statements in collaboration with teams.
• Oversee data requests and reporting for the Development Department.
• Maintain accurate constituent records and document SOPs.
