Job summary

Every Child's Hope in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Development Data Manager to own the donor database, ensure data integrity, and optimize reporting for fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship.

You'll serve as the primary administrator for Blackbaud EXT and related platforms, collaborating with Development and Finance to support events, grants, and engagement while upholding confidentiality and accuracy across all donor records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 2+ years in nonprofit data administration.
• Experience with Blackbaud EXT and donor management systems.
• Strong communication and data accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Administer donor database for gift processing and records.
• Produce donor reports, lists, and mailings.
• Coordinate data integration across platforms and events.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support fundraising campaigns and stewardship activities.
