Job summary

This role launches an in-house operations backbone, designed to deliver reliable reporting across a modern technology stack and to translate data into fundraising insights for strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in donor database management or development operations.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience required; NPSP/Nonprofit Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce-based development CRM and maintain data integrity.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and automated processes for fundraising and stewardship.
• Manage integrations across the development tech stack (Salesforce, Fundraise Up, iWave, Gratavid, Instrumentl).
• Ensure accurate donor and member linkage across systems; support monthly reconciliation and reporting.
