Job summary

C-SPAN is seeking a Development Operations Manager to lead the systems, data, and processes that support its fundraising program in San Francisco. This hands-on role administers Salesforce, HubSpot, Donorbox and related platforms to ensure accurate donor records, timely communications, and compliant gift processing.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in development operations, fundraising administration or related field.
• Direct Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with HubSpot and Donorbox is preferred.
• Strong project-management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and actionable reports/dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Development platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Donorbox) and establish data standards.
• Build dashboards, reports, and lists to monitor fundraising performance and activity.
• Oversee gift processing, acknowledgments, and compliance with tax receipts and donor records.
• Coordinate grant tracking, proposals, and reporting; manage portfolio and moves-management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Editorial, Communications, Digital, Product, Technology, and leadership.
