Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in healthcare, blood center, or healthcare-related customer service.
• Blood center or medical setting experience preferred.
• Data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide entry-level administrative and customer service support to the Donor Notification Department.
• Respond to routine inquiries, process program enrollment and donor notification materials, and maintain departmental records.
• Support communication with donors, CBC employees, consignees and Medical Services physicians.
• Ensure information and documentation are handled confidentially and in accordance with SOPs and HIPAA.
