Job summary

Carter BloodCare is seeking a Sales Consultant for the Donor Recruitment team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, based in Bedford, TX. You will promote CBC’s mission, establish and maintain sponsor relationships, plan and execute donor events, and work with account coordinators to meet collection goals.

You will travel within the Southwest region, engage with sponsors and donors, and must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to support blood drives and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Carter BloodCare mission and recruit, manage, and maintain sponsor relationships to achieve blood collection goals.
• Develop new accounts and coordinate with blood drive coordinators to ensure successful events.
• Travel within the territory; conduct face‑to‑face calls and ensure up-to-date sponsor information in CBC CRM.
