Job summary

Carter BloodCare is seeking a Donor Recruitment Consultant for Texoma/Sherman, TX. The role involves promoting CBC’s mission, recruiting sponsor organizations, and managing donor drive events.

You will travel to drives, educate coordinators, and cultivate strong sponsor relationships. The position requires effective communication, strong customer service, and the ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferred.
• Excellent internal/external customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Carter BloodCare mission and recruit sponsor organizations to achieve blood collection goals.
• Retain current accounts, develop new accounts, and build relationships with account blood drive coordinators.
• Provide education, planning, and ongoing support to account blood drive coordinators for successful events.
