Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration, or other related field.
• Five years experience performing development and fund-raising activities.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Administers and leads the Development Department and supervises the fund-raising program.
• Plans, implements, and sustains an aggressive Financial Development Plan and budget.
• Coordinates grant research, applications, and administration; donor cultivation and major gifts.
• Oversees special events, donor communications, and reporting of gifts and tax documentation.
• Identifies corporate sponsorships and government grant opportunities; writes compelling program summaries.
