Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory is seeking a Donor Relations Specialist in Philadelphia to lead a robust Mid-Level donor program across EPA/Delaware. You will identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors while aligning with major gifts and gift planning strategies.

You will work with THQ marketing and the donor database to craft strategic cultivation plans, engage with donors through visits, and collaborate with field leadership to meet fundraising goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fundraising Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with donor tracking and CRM software required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of a Mid-Level donor relations program for EPA/Delaware Division.
• Develop and manage a Mid-Level donor portfolio to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors.
• Coordinate with THQ direct mail and marketing, and tailor outreach strategies across channels.
• Collaborate with territorial and local leadership to meet fundraising objectives and revenue goals.
