You will work closely with the development team during high-volume seasons, ensure data integrity, and assist with reporting and compliance. This position offers an on-site role in New York and opportunities to impact donor relations.

Qualificações

• Experience with donor databases and fundraising software.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Process donor inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail and route requests to the team.
• Enter and reconcile donations and gifts in Salesforce, including checks and online gifts.
• Generate donor acknowledgment letters and tribute cards.
• Maintain donor records, identify duplicates, and correct formatting issues.
• Support donor data research and profile updates.
