Job summary

You will update donor records in Raiser's Edge, prepare reports, and reconcile deposits. Strong attention to detail and experience with CRM systems are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with donor records and gift documentation is preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems and donor databases.

Responsibilities

• Process and record gifts daily (online, EFTs, payroll, Gifts-In-Kind).
• Prepare donor acknowledgment letters and reports.
• Maintain donor data in Raiser's Edge and verify biographical details.
• Reconcile daily deposits and generate transmittal reports.
• Back up reviewer for gift batches to ensure accuracy.
