Job summary

St. Anthony Foundation is seeking a Temporary Gift Processor to support the Advancement team during a high-volume fundraising period. You will process charitable gifts, maintain donor records, and prepare acknowledgement letters and tax receipts, all while safeguarding confidentiality and accuracy.

The role requires strong detail orientation, data-entry speed, and the ability to handle high-volume tasks. This on-site position in San Francisco offers daytime hours and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce NPSP or similar CRM is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn Salesforce functions and department policies.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process charitable gifts accurately in Salesforce/NPSP.
• Code gifts to campaigns, appeals, funds, and sources.
• Review gift information for completeness and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain and update donor records including contact data.
• Generate donor acknowledgement letters and tax receipts.
• Process outbound mail for the Advancement team and other departments.
• Process tribute and memorial gifts and ensure notification info is recorded.
• Support gift batching processes and related tasks.
• Scan, upload, file, and organize donor documentation.
• Assist with database cleanup and year-end data entry.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and financial information.
