Job summary

The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a detail oriented Funds Utilization, Account Support Assistant on a part-time temporary basis. You will work with fiscal leaders to maximize donor gift funds, document responses, interpret data, and develop actionable insights for donor impact.

The role is on-site in Showalter, approx. 20–25 hours/week, with a December 21, 2026 end date and potential extension based on business needs. Competitive hourly pay from $16.00 to $18.00.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, account support, or administrative support.
• Coursework or experience in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.
• Strong analytical and research skills; ability to interpret data and provide insights.

Responsibilities

• Support stewardship of donor funds by contacting fiscal leaders across IU.
• Document responses, interpret account data, and develop actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Funds Utilization to maximize donor gifts.
