Job summary

Indiana University Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Funds Utilization, Account Support Assistant on a part-time, temporary basis. You will work with the Manager of Funds Utilization to engage fiscal leaders across Indiana University and maximize donor fund usage while documenting responses.

Responsibilities include interpreting data, developing insights, and supporting timely, accurate donor fund management.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, account support or administrative support.
• Coursework or internship in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support stewardship of donor intent as Funds Utilization, Account Support Assistant.
• Coordinate with fiscal leaders to maximize donor gift fund usage and document responses.
• Interpret account data and develop actionable insights to improve fund performance.
