Job summary

Partnership to End Addiction is seeking a full-time Revenue Operations Coordinator to support and strengthen the organization’s revenue operations. This role ensures donor outreach, revenue data, and reporting processes are organized, accurate, and timely, spanning all revenue streams.

You will help maintain reliable systems and provide leadership with clear insight into revenue activity. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will work daily with the CEO on major donor activity and support donor

Qualifications

• 2+ years nonprofit revenue operations or development support.
• HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with nonprofit gift processing or financial reconciliation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple senior stakeholders and manage confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain revenue system records (HubSpot), pipelines, and key fields.
• Ensure data accuracy by resolving duplicates and stale records.
• Track assignments, next steps, and follow-ups for donor activity.
• Flag opportunities requiring leadership attention.
• Coordinate scheduling for donor meetings with board and stakeholders.
• Prepare briefing materials for donor conversations.
• Enter notes and follow-up items promptly into the revenue system.
• Support recurring revenue reporting with the Chief of Staff.
• Assist analytics with dashboards and data requests.
