Job summary

LifeCenter Northwest is seeking a Donor Family Aftercare Coordinator to provide bereavement support and resources to donor families. You will facilitate communications between donor families and recipients, plan donor family events, and support ongoing donor family programs across LifeCenter’s service area.

Responsibilities include coordinating monthly workshops, maintaining timely follow-ups, and ensuring accurate documentation in iTransplant and related systems.

Qualifications

• Crisis intervention and ability to discern grief issues requiring referral.
• Strong written and verbal communication with minimal supervision.
• Ability to analyze situations and provide practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide bereavement and grief resources to donor families.
• Facilitate donor family and recipient communications with transplant centers.
• Coordinate donor family events and monthly workshops.
• Manage donor family follow-up communications and information access.
• Support donor quilt program and inventory management.
• Document family interactions accurately in iTransplant and related systems.
