Job summary

LifeCenter Northwest is seeking an Organ Recovery Coordinator to manage on-call duties and office time focused on donor activity coordination. The role involves rapid on-site response, donor management, and collaboration with hospitals and transplant centers.

You will travel within LifeCenter’s donation service area, coordinate the donation process from ICU to OR, interact with donor families, and meet ACLS and acute-care requirements, with comprehensive benefits and on-call pay.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in acute care settings.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• Ability to schedule and travel as part of on-call duties.
• Willingness to travel within LifeCenter Northwest service area.

Responsibilities

• Work a 24 hour on call schedule.
• Travel by personal automobile or air travel to LifeCenter’s service area.
• Provide rapid on-site response and donor management/hemodynamic support.
• Coordinate donation process from ICU through OR.
• Communicate with donor families, hospital staff, and transplant centers.
• Support potential donor families throughout the process.
