Qualifications

• One to two years of previous experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments required.
• Ability to deliver strong donor service and ensure safe interactions.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide GREAT donor care and support Donor Specialists.
• Oversee daily donation intake activity and ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate movement of donations from intake to backroom.
