You will promote safe handling, drive efficiency, and uphold our mission through high-quality donor service.

The role supports front-end donation activity and backroom processes, requiring leadership, organization, and strong communication to maintain a productive, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and coach Donor Specialists / Material Handlers to deliver a positive donor experience.
• Oversee daily donation intake and ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate movement of donations from intake to backroom and production areas.
• Operate material handling equipment when trained and certified and address safety concerns.
