Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Donor Specialist - Materials Handler Associate in Lebanon, TN.

The role focuses on delivering an exceptional donor experience while safely receiving and moving donated merchandise through backroom operations, including the DEC. The position supports donor engagement, material handling, trailer loading, and efficient workflow to balance safety, productivity, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to balance donor interactions with operational responsibilities and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver GREAT donor experience by greeting donors, providing receipts, and thanking them for support.
• Move and stage donated goods, load/unload trailers, and ensure efficient backroom operations.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and keep backroom areas organized and hazard-free.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
