Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively and politely with patrons, donors, sponsors, and staff.
• Ability to work with all levels in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors and guests at the door, opens pathways and engages donors by name.
• Assesses donor eligibility via computer verification and medical history review.
• Performs donor health history and basic physical assessment.
• Escorts donors through the collection process and coordinates handoff to the team.
• Maintains storefront appearance and ensures cleanliness and inviting spaces.
• Interacts with donors to convey TBC values and donor experience goals.
