Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, hear, read and write.
• Must be able to interact with donors and customers in English.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Proper footwear and safety practices required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a courteous, professional manner and represent Goodwill Keystone Area positively.
• Assist donors with donations, unload items, issue receipts and provide information to donors.
• Complete donor tracking paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Support transportation by loading/unloading trucks and moving materials to processing areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe production and donor area and participate in events.
• Follow safety rules and operate equipment safely, reporting hazards.
