Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Donor Service Representative to assist donors and promote the organization during donations and store operations.

The role requires friendly customer service, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. You will report to the Production Manager and support the Donated Goods Retail department in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner and promotes Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Assists donors with donations, including unloading and issuing receipts.
• Maintains donor tracking paperwork and assists the transportation team.
• Keeps production and donor areas clean and safe; supports events and programs.
• Contributes to organizational projects and safety compliance.
