Job summary

Goodwill Houston is seeking a donor processing associate to welcome donors, sort and process donations, and support store operations at the Rosenberg location.

You will handle furniture donations, label items, operate pallet jacks, and record donations using the donor tablet while adhering to safety and PPE requirements. A high school diploma is preferred, and flexibility in schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with diverse personalities and communication styles.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent donor service by greeting donors and ensuring they return.
• Collect and sort donations into proper categories.
• Accept furniture donations, stage and move to sales floor when priced.
• Label equipment and ensure proper labeling at setup.
• Operate pallet jacks to move donations safely and efficiently.
• Record donations using the donor tablet and issue receipts.
• Maintain PPE and safety standards; report incidents as needed.
• Perform janitorial duties and assist in loading/unloading equipment.
• Adhere to policies, safety regulations, and confidentiality.
