Job summary

Goodwill Houston is seeking a friendly Donation Associate to welcome donors, process donations, and help move items to the sales floor. You will maintain accuracy, follow safety standards, and represent the organization with professionalism.

Responsibilities include sorting donations, using donor tablet receipts, and assisting with loading/unloading equipment. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are preferred; flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent donor service by greeting donors and inviting return.
• Accept and sort donations into proper categories.
• Assist in staging furniture and moving to the sales floor.
• Label equipment and operate pallet jacks safely.
• Record donations using donor tablet and issue receipts.
• Use PPE correctly and report incidents.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment.
• Maintain safety and security of associates, donors, property.
• Perform janitorial tasks.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
