Goodwill Houston is seeking a Donor Services Associate to deliver world-class donor experiences while accurately processing incoming donations. You will greet donors, sort items, and ensure donations are handled efficiently to support our mission.

This role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, and adhering to safety rules, PPE, and loss prevention procedures. You will collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and report incidents promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors promptly and provide a welcoming, helpful experience.
• Accept, sort, and process donations per guidelines.
• Handle furniture donations and move items to staging and sales areas.
• Label equipment and assist with loading/unloading and shipping prep.
• Record donations via donor tablet and issue receipts.
• Maintain PPE and safety standards.
• Perform janitorial duties and keep aisles clear.
• Report work incidents and injuries immediately.
