Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Houston is seeking an Associate to deliver a world-class donor experience by greeting donors, processing donations, and maintaining a clean, organized donation floor.

You will sort donations, assist with staging furniture, label items, record donations, and follow safety protocols, PPE usage, and loss prevention guidelines while upholding the mission of Goodwill.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent donor service by greeting donors promptly and showing appreciation.
• Collect and sort donations, assist with furniture staging and pricing.
• Record donations accurately using donor tablet and issue receipts.
• Follow PPE guidelines and maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Assist with loading/unloading and basic janitorial tasks.
• Report incidents immediately and adhere to all policies.
