Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a Marketing Associate to support donor loyalty and marketing code programs across digital and onsite touchpoints. You will work with the Sr. Marketing Manager to bring campaigns and content to market while coordinating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of related experience with direct marketing and digital experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage creative assets, content, and messaging for loyalty and digital marketing codes across channels.
• Write clear, engaging marketing copy and guide creative development of donor-facing materials.
• Plan and execute campaigns from concept through launch with cross-functional teams.
• Manage loyalty experiences in Blood Donor App and website, including messaging and widgets.
• Develop program materials for donors at centers and drives, coordinating with project managers.
• Create program communications and maintain asset libraries for internal partners.
• Collaborate with care teams to gather donor feedback and improve experiences.
• Monitor campaign performance and apply insights to future initiatives.
