Qualifications

• Experience in retail, donation intake, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift/move donated goods.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide a safe, positive donation experience.
• Receive, unload, and stage donated goods according to guidelines.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized backroom and loading areas.
• Support donor flow and daily backroom operations during peak times.
