Goodwill of Silicon Valley is seeking a Retail Donor Greeter I to welcome donors and ensure a positive donation experience. You will assist with receiving, sorting, and preparing donated goods, while keeping the donation area clean and safe.

The role supports store operations and helps maximize fundraising through donor engagement. The position requires friendly customer service, basic arithmetic, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general arithmetic is required.
• Proficient in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors within 15 seconds of arrival.
• Accept donations and provide receipts or digital receipts and thank donors.
• Sort and arrange donations for processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized donation area and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with loading/unloading and transportation preparations.
• Encourage CAP survey completion during interactions.
