Responsibilities

• Greet all donors within 15 seconds of arrival.
• Accept donations and provide receipts, thanking donors.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Sort and arrange donations in bins for processing.
• Discard broken or trash items from boxes.
• Invite customers to complete CAP surveys during interactions.
• Coordinate with sorters to maintain product flow.
