Job summary

Fresno Mission is seeking a Donor Relations Officer, Mid-Level Giving to manage a portfolio of 400–600 mid-level donors and deepen their connection to the mission. Through personalized outreach, you will steward relationships, encourage renewed support, and align donor interests with Fresno Mission's transformational programs.

You will work with the Development team to analyze donor histories, craft engagement plans, and coordinate events, tours, and communications to maximize impact and sustain

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a similar field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a donor portfolio and meet fundraising goals.
• Knowledge of donor stewardship and relationship development principles.
• Familiarity with donor databases or CRMs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 400 to 600 mid-level donors with engagement, retention, stewardship, and revenue growth.
• Build genuine donor relationships through calls, emails, meetings, tours, events, and meaningful touchpoints.
• Develop and execute relationship strategies based on donor giving history, interests, and connection to Fresno Mission.
• Identify opportunities to retain, re-engage, and increase donor giving, including deeper engagement or major gift conversations.
• Maintain accurate donor records and contribute to fundraising, retention, engagement, and activity goals as part of the Development team.
