Job summary

HealthCare Access Maryland (HCAM) is seeking a Development Coordinator to support donor engagement, campaigns, events, sponsorships, and volunteer activities under the VP of Development. This role helps execute individual giving programs, stewardship activities, and community partnerships to advance HCAM’s mission.

You will manage donor records in the CRM, prepare fundraising reports, coordinate the annual 5K and other donor events, and collaborate with Marketing and program staff to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 2-4 years of nonprofit fundraising, event coordination, customer relations, or related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in nonprofit development, philanthropy and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and growth of HCAM’s individual giving program and donor recognition activities.
• Coordinate planning and execution of fundraising events, including the annual 5K and donor cultivation events.
• Manage donor records and CRM data entry, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Assist with grant research, applications, reporting, and documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop fundraising content and sponsorship recognition details.
